Every Friday we DRAG ALIVE- a variety show for everyone. We welcome those visiting our gorgeous city, those who have never been to a Drag Show before and promise that this will entertain even the most experienced of drag fans.

1 hour of Entertainment featuring SF’s Finest: Gittery Queens, fabulous Freaks and larger than life entertainers. The best show at at the fanciest dive you ever been to.

Since the Stud opened in 1966 it has had a reputation as a place where everyone is welcome- so join us at a show where everyone is welcome. And if you just want to happy hour about it join us in our front room for drinks and friendship- no cover.

Featuring:

The Clown:
A tornado in a dress, or evening jacket, VivvyAnne ForeverMORE! not only wrangles the queens each week bringing you the best of SF drag but is known nationally and internationally as a desert dry emcee. The New York Times once referred to her as as "..and one drag queen."

The Triple:
God said "Let there be fierceness" and there was Militia Towers. When she was born she came out and landed on the floor in the splits, spinning a high pony tail around her head and singing a Nina Simone medley. She lipsynchs like she's here to win, and entertaints with ferocity. You will want to have your dollars, your debt cards, cashier cheques, and money orders ready because she's gonna make you make it rain.

The Chameleon:
Lisa Frankenstein is a shapeshifter- from soft damsel to fierce creature- we never know how she will look or who she will be- but we do know she will be funny, with tight moves a small frame and a big personality.

The Fosse:
Churro has turned the local drag scene upside down with her highly choreographed performances, her quick wit and faster thighs. She has a beard- don't hold it against her, and if you are lucky she will hold it against you.

The Boop:
Clara Bodacious has the face of an angel and the moves of the devil. Pay close attention because in just mere moments her clothes are gone and with them your inhibitions. She seduces she cajoles and she is her own damn spotlight.

The Doll:
Faggedy Randy has been a dynamic fixture of Seattle’s burlesque, contemporary dance, and theater scenes for over a decade. You can catch Randy monthly at Burlesque Behind The Pink Door in Seattle Pike Place Market. We are obsessed with our mister from another blister.

Drag Alive is hosted at the Stud-a bar. So all our attendees must be 21 years and up and be able to provide identification

Does the Stud serve food?
The Stud does not serve food but you are welcome to bring snacks with you!

Can I bring a birthday cake for my friend?
Yes please! We welcome all kinds of celebrations and parties! Send us a message in advance and we will make arrangements. You must purchase the Celebration Ticket!
